The Journey.

We are constantly creating...

What people don’t seem to realize is that their entire lives are a reflection of what they are thinking on a daily basis. Thought gives birth to actions and that is who we are as human beings. Most times we find ourselves so depressed or angry at the world because we feel as though it is unfair; but we fail to realize that the world is what we put into it, our thoughts, ideas, opinions and views are closely linked to what we as human beings are allowed to experience. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying that bad things only happen to people who are constantly thinking negatively. You only realize that those things are bad based on what you process out of them, whether they are in or just way out of our norms. We are a society of different people trying to coexist; hence, we create laws that guide how we live with each other.

 Sometimes because of pressure that has been inflicted upon us due to certain circumstances we detach ourselves from these laws as though we have nothing to do with them at all. Through this detachment we create problems, some which may or may not be solved, bringing more hatred and pain into the world because everybody is now deemed untrustworthy. The minute that you are able to realize all of this you will start to look, crave and even go out of our way to believe that maybe there is a light at the end of tunnel. Human beings tend to find a comfort zone no matter how harsh conditions may get, this is just how the brain shields itself from all negativity. This comfort zone enables us to formulate a routine which sends a signal of normality back to the brain allowing it to function as it should.

Which is really why I believe that the mind or rather brain is the strongest and most formidable organ in your whole entire system. As autocratic as this may seem, the brain acts as a dictator to rest of your bodily systems enabling them to do whatever it takes so as to sustain the vessel that they are currently stored in. Once we have learned how to master what penetrates its way through or out of our minds, we will begin to acknowledge the fact that life gives unto you what you solemnly claim. You need to understand that getting a divorce, dropping out of school, female abuse, discrimination as a whole, murder, terrorism, war, witchcraft or even self hate are just a product of your thoughts that have been transformed into fully reinforced actions that affect you as an individual and other people on a global scale. Goodness gracious me, it sure is a small world.


SO FROM TODAY:
  •   Focus your thoughts on now, not yesterday’s regrets and definitely not tomorrow’s qualms because that’s all you've got.
  • Take pride in your accomplishments, such thoughts help build a layer of self-esteem that monitors the negativity that dare to abolish your current state.
  •   Believe and hope, enough to understand that there is a light at the end of the tunnel and you can get to it.
  •   Love my dear, for it is the only true and fully guaranteed cure for life’s endless miseries.
